Robin Klein shares her inspiring story of how she has not let her special needs prevent her from achieving a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Screen Studies from Pace University, New York, America. Robin discovered she had a genetic condition at the age of 17 years. In this interview, Robin talks to Tina about growing up 'being different' and discovering she had a chromosome deletion (22q11 deletion), but now tells how she has been determined not to be limited in her ambition to work in the media. Robin speaks of the support she has received throughout her childhood from her family and how important this has been in encouraging her to believe that she could achieve anything. Robin is hopeful that her story will act as motivation for other young people facing the challenge of special needs.
